Petal & Poise does not offer shipping at this time. All floral orders are available for local pickup or local delivery within Richmond, VA (RVA) and surrounding areas. Delivery fees may apply based on location. Please review your pickup or delivery details carefully before completing your order. 🌸

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the perishable and delicate nature of fresh flowers, all sales at Petal & Poise are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on bouquets, floral arrangements, or custom orders.
